# Introduction

Consumer AI has evolved rapidly since the launch of ChatGPT—from developing open-source foundation models to creating wrappers that makes applications more accessible. Companies and developers are racing to embed AI into various applications, aiming to enhance functionality and improve efficiency.

Despite this progress, the ecosystem remains fragmented. Search engines, virtual assistants, browsers, hardware technologies, MCP servers, and standalone applications all operate independently. This isolation creates a disconnected experience where users cannot seamlessly transfer context or maintain continuity across different platforms, tasks, tools, and environments.

This lack of integration makes it difficult for AI to fully realize its potential in simplifying how we process information or automate actions. Without Interoperability and orchestration, users are stuck piecing together disconnected systems, which limits how effectively AI can transform how we access, process, and act on information. Tasks that could benefit from interconnected systems—such as referencing multiple sources of information, managing files across applications, or automating workflows—are hindered by the absence of a unified framework.

Orchestration addresses this issue by enabling systems, applications, and agents to work together in a coordinated way. Rather than operating as standalone tools, these components become part of an interconnected network. This allows users to interact with a single interface while the underlying systems handle the complexities of transferring context, managing data, and automating processes.

For example, orchestration can allow an AI assistant to:

* Access a document stored in one application and share its insights with another.
* Stay updated with real-time information from the web while considering personal preferences stored in local applications.
* Automate multi-step tasks, such as scheduling a meeting by coordinating between calendars, messaging platforms, and email.
* Optimize inventory by analyzing sales trends from e-commerce platforms and updating stock levels across multiple marketplaces automatically.
* Handle personal finances by syncing transaction data from banking apps, categorizing expenses, and generating monthly budget reports or alerts for unusual spending patterns.
* Enable seamless content creation by integrating writing tools with image generators and publishing platforms to streamline the production of articles, presentations, or videos.
* Sync with your grocery list to automatically update your Amazon cart with needed items.
* Monitor your Jira tickets and seamlessly create or update GitHub issues based on task requirements.

By integrating and automating these tasks, orchestration removes silos between tools and applications, enabling users to achieve more with minimal effort.

This approach moves AI beyond isolated tasks and transforms it into an adaptive, integrated part of the user’s ecosystem. By bridging gaps between applications and enabling seamless interaction, orchestration removes inefficiencies, making data access and task execution more intuitive and efficient.

That’s where PlayAI steps in—building an intelligent orchestration layer, PlayAI transforms fragmented components into a cohesive user experience and playground for developers.

# Introduction

The increasing number of tools, protocols, and AI agents has brought new challenges around interoperability and orchestration. Managing multiple assistants, apps, and agents often leads to inefficiencies rather than enhanced productivity. MCPs (Model Context Protocols) address part of this challenge by providing a standardized way for agents and tools to communicate and collaborate seamlessly.

However, in the evolving web3 and AI landscape, many agents and apps remain isolated, resulting in poor user experience and friction in accomplishing complex workflows. PlayHub solves this by acting as the central aggregation and orchestration layer in the PlayAI ecosystem. It brings together various protocols and tooling, including MCPs, x402 (an AI-native payment protocol), and ERC8004 (a trust and verification layer powered by EigenAI), enabling workflows to leverage the full range of PlayAI’s capabilities.

Through conversational chat interfaces, PlayHub lets users invoke and combine these diverse tools simply by asking, abstracting away the underlying complexity. It bridges the divide between web2 and web3 applications, serving both as an MCP client and a powerful orchestration hub that unlocks enhanced functionality and cross-framework collaboration.

Whether you’re connecting conversational AIs, triggering cross-chain actions, or automating complex, multi-agent flows, PlayHub’s orchestration ensures interoperability, security, and simplicity, no matter how many protocols or endpoints it brings together.

# Tooling

PlayHub serves as a central hub that aggregates various essential tools and protocol endpoints to facilitate seamless workflows and automated operations.

These are the core components that empower PlayHub’s orchestration capabilities:

#### MCP:

PlayHub integrates a comprehensive set of MCP (Model Context Protocol) endpoints. These endpoints expose standardized interfaces allowing different AI models and agents to communicate, share context, and execute tasks within workflows. When a workflow is initiated, PlayHub dynamically routes requests to the appropriate MCP endpoint based on the task at hand, enabling interoperability across diverse models and applications.

#### x402 Endpoints:

The x402 protocol, a groundbreaking AI-native payment system, is fully integrated within PlayHub. The x402 endpoints enable real-time, frictionless micropayments over the blockchain using stablecoins like USDC. This allows workflows and AI agents to perform pay-per-use transactions without needing pre-funded accounts or complex API keys. Whenever a payment is required for a service or data access, PlayHub can invoke the relevant x402 endpoint to handle instant, secure transactions seamlessly.

#### Additional Protocols:

As the PlayAI ecosystem evolves, other protocols and API endpoints may also be integrated into PlayHub’s tooling layer, further expanding the capabilities available for orchestrated workflows.<br>

#### Workflow Execution:

Every workflow triggered within PlayHub leverages this aggregated tooling suite. Whether it’s invoking an AI model via MCP, processing a micropayment through x402, or interfacing with additional integrated protocols, all actions are coordinated through PlayHub’s unified interface. This design ensures that users and developers can build complex, multi-step automations without managing each protocol separately, streamlining interoperability, security, and ease of use.

# Into the MCPs

### **What are MCPs?**

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that enables secure and structured communication between AI models, applications, and external data sources or tools. MCP servers provide services or functionalities (e.g., integrations, task execution, or enhanced AI model features) that can be accessed by MCP clients like PlayHub or Aura.

Key Features of MCP:

* **Standardized Communication:** MCP defines how clients and servers exchange data for consistency across different implementations.
* **Extensibility:** New functionalities can be added without disrupting existing systems.
* **Security by Design:** MCP ensures secure data handling and access control.

### General architecture <a href="#general-architecture" id="general-architecture"></a>

At its core, MCP follows a client-server architecture where a host application can connect to multiple servers:

<figure><img src="/files/U0XBy6O6IA1JCZfdCGtF" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* **MCP Hosts**: Programs like Claude Desktop, IDEs, or AI tools that want to access data through MCP
* **MCP Clients**: Protocol clients that maintain 1:1 connections with servers
* **MCP Servers**: Lightweight programs that each expose specific capabilities through the standardized Model Context Protocol
* **Local Data Sources**: Your computer’s files, databases, and services that MCP servers can securely access
* **Remote Services**: External systems available over the internet (e.g., through APIs) that MCP servers can connect to

### **AI Workflows with MCPs**

Workflows are designed to handle specialized, complex tasks and automations, reducing the need for users to constantly provide prompts. These workflows become even more powerful when integrated into the MCP ecosystem, where they can interact with other MCP servers and applications.

By leveraging MCP services, workflows can adapt to diverse contexts, enhancing their capabilities and ensuring seamless collaboration across tools and applications. This transforms them into highly flexible, efficient, and productive components of a unified system.

# Verification Layer

PlayHub incorporates ERC8004, powered by EigenAI, as its foundational verification framework to ensure trust, identity, and reputation for autonomous AI agents operating within workflows.

#### **ERC8004 Protocol**

ERC8004 standardizes how AI agents establish and prove their identity, reputation, and validation on-chain. Each agent is assigned a unique, portable blockchain identity based on ERC-721 tokens, containing metadata and endpoints describing its capabilities. This identity enables decentralized discovery and interaction:

Key components include:

* **Identity Registry:** On-chain, censorship-resistant identifiers for agents.
* **Reputation Registry:** Public feedback and scoring systems that reflect an agent’s reliability and performance.
* **Validation Registry:** Mechanisms for third-party or cryptographically secured verification of agent outputs or actions.

This framework addresses the critical trust gap in autonomous multi-agent ecosystems by allowing workflows to programmatically verify the authenticity and effectiveness of AI agents they invoke. It supports a range of verification models from client feedback to stake-secured re-execution or zero-knowledge proofs.

#### EigenAI Integration

EigenAI leverages ERC8004 to power trust-minimized AI services. Within PlayHub, EigenAI-backed verification ensures that agents’ claimed performance, model provenance, and compliance are transparently auditable. By integrating EigenAI’s cryptoeconomic and deterministic verification technologies, PlayHub users gain confidence that invoked AI agents operate as advertised.

#### Refining PlayAI as EigenLayer AVS

While “PlayAI as EigenLayer AVS” traditionally focused on node infrastructure, its verification principles are refocused within PlayHub’s verification layer. This shift highlights PlayHub’s role as the primary trust and verification hub, where EigenAI-powered ERC8004 capabilities enforce security and validation in agentic workflows.

This involves removing any irrelevant or corrupted data, normalizing the data formats, and ensuring that it is structured in a way that is conducive to accurate AI model training.
* **Data Extraction:** Oasis Nodes initiate the process by extracting relevant data from various sources within the PlayAI ecosystem. This includes user interactions, keylogs, videos, images, textual data, sensor outputs, and any other data streams generated by applications and devices connected to the PlayAI Stack. The extraction process ensures that only pertinent data is captured for further processing, reducing noise and improving the quality of the datasets.
* **Data Rating:** Oasis Nodes evaluate the quality of the data processed, ensuring that only high-quality, reliable datasets are used in AI model training and analysis. This rating helps maintain the integrity of the data and set a price for further usage within the PlayAI ecosystem.
* **AI Model Evaluation:** Oasis Nodes also rate AI models and agents based on the outputs generated — assessing their accuracy, relevance, and overall quality. This evaluation ensures that the AI models produce trustworthy and actionable results, while also have a slashing mechanism to punish the bad actors.
* **Feedback Loop:** The rating system creates a feedback loop where high-quality data and outputs are continually reinforced, driving the improvement of AI models over time.

### **Computing**

* **Off-Chain Computation:** Oasis Nodes perform critical off-chain computation tasks, such as AI model training, parameter optimization, and executing complex algorithms that require significant computational resources. By handling these tasks off-chain, the ecosystem maintains high performance without overloading the blockchain.
* **Model Validation:** After computing tasks, Oasis Nodes validate AI models by testing them against designated datasets. This validation ensures the models' accuracy, reliability, and suitability for deployment within the ecosystem.
* **Agent Training:** Access compute from Oasis Nodes to train agent adapters to be used across different models.
* **Parameter Exporting:** Once validated, the necessary parameters and datasets are exported back into the blockchain. This secure recording of results ensures transparency and accessibility for other nodes, developers, and users.
* **Distributed Computing:** Oasis Nodes collaborate in a distributed computing environment, pooling resources to handle large-scale computational tasks more efficiently. This collaborative approach allows the PlayAI ecosystem to scale effectively, process compute heavy taks, and meet growing demands.

### Rating

# Component of Oasis Nodes

PlayAI Nodes consist of these major components —

**Client**: This is node client responsible for fetching tasks and submitting result of tasks

**Server**: This is backend server of playAI responsible for assigning tasks to clients and track task execution and results

**SmartContracts**: There would be 2 set of contracts here —

1. Tasks on chain contract where the taskdata is posted by backend server being an aggregator
2. NFT contract of node sale which acts as whitelisting for nodes integrated with 1 as well to verify attestation

### Functionalities of Server:

Upon recieving rawVideo, the servers defines and generates task which are then assigned to clients based on ping, health, uptime, hardware, computing power, and other parameters required by tasks. The nodes then receives the task results and further actions to be carried out by Server. The Server keeps track of tasks and upon reaching defined threshold, it gets all signatured response and submit execution of task on Smartcontract by acting as aggregator.

### Functionalities of Client:

The client discloses the ping, health, hardware, computing power to the Server. It fetches the tasks from Server by pulling assigned tasks at specific intervals. Once allotted, it executes the task by applying compute rules and logs the computation details and send result of task to Server along with SignedSignature.

<figure><img src="/files/ROdCEHtDZmFIUbeJ7nyv" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Task Engine

The Task Engine is a system designed to manage and optimize the distribution and execution of tasks across a network of nodes. Each node registers with a unique key, submits system specifications, and receives tasks based on its capabilities. The engine tracks node health, assigns tasks with varying complexity, and rewards nodes accordingly. It includes features for logging, background service operation, and a user dashboard to monitor performance and rewards, ensuring efficient and reliable task processing in the network.

# Node Bootstrapping

Oasis Nodes implement a node bootstrapping model, giving users the flexibility to run nodes through a user-friendly interface or manually, based on their preferences. This streamlined process allows users to quickly set up and operate their nodes, enabling them to start earning rewards immediately from day one. Node bootstrapping make it easy to participate in the network and maximize your earning potential from the start.

### Node Economics

The Oasis Nodes have a total supply of 70,000 licenses of which over 550 were claimed in the phase 1, with rewards distribution allocated from the Ecosystem Rewards, distributed over 36 months. Along with an additional token supply reserved for airdrop to incentivize Node Bootstrapping participants.

### Node Licence & Activation

After purchase, Node Owners receive a non-transferable node license as an NFT on Base Mainnet. This license identifies the node owner, and only the holder of the NFT can claim the rewards.

To operate the node, owners must either activate the license or delegate it to a burner address used during setup, or associated with NodeKit, or other operators. Once delegated, the burner address receives a non-transferable License NFT on PlayAI Testnet for verification. The burner address will also be funded with gas fees to run node operations.

### Rewards

#### Airdrop Allocation:

Node owners who have been early adopters and supported network operations since the testnet phase will be rewarded with a portion of the airdrop allocation. This recognizes their key role in bootstrapping the ecosystem. To ensure a fair market price for $PLAI, the airdrop allocation may be subject to a vesting schedule based on individual allocations. This approach not only rewards early participation but also stabilizes token distribution and avoids sudden market impacts from large unlocks.

#### Token Allocation:

A portion of the $PLAI Ecosystem Reward pool is allocated to node rewards, distributed steadily over the next three years. This ensures a consistent and long-term incentive for node operators to remain actively engaged and contribute to network stability and growth. Rewards will begin accruing from the moment nodes are active, ensuring immediate earning potential. An initial portion of these TGE rewards will be unlocked at the Token Generation Event (TGE), with the remaining balance gradually vested according to each node operator's allocation. This model provides sustained incentives while maintaining network security and decentralization over time.

#### Reward Distribution

The rewards are distributed on a weekly epoch schedule, based on the node's contribution to network operations and data verification. Each node’s reward is proportional to its uptime, reliability, and the amount of data processed or validated during the epoch. All rewards are recorded on IPFS and smart contracts for transparency and decentralization. License holders can claim their rewards through the Node Explorer.

### Whitelists

Partners are eligible for unique referral codes and whitelist spots for their community. Whitelist spots provide exclusive access to sales before they go live to the public. These spots are offered across all tiers, allowing partners to reward their community. Partners can also share their referral link to earn a 10% commission, while their community members receive a 6% rebate on their purchases.

### Nexus Pass

Participate in upcoming activations and community initiatives to secure your rare non-transferable Nexus Pass NFT on Base Chain. This pass grants you exclusive access to whitelist spots for nodes, bonus rewards, special access, and boosts across PlayCollective.

# Node Rewards

Rewards are distributed on a weekly epoch schedule, based on the node's contribution to network operations and data verification. Each node’s reward is proportional to its uptime, reliability, and the amount of data processed or validated during the epoch. All rewards are recorded on IPFS and smart contracts for transparency and decentralization. License holders can claim their rewards through the Node Explorer.

# Introducing $PLAI

At Play AI we believe that the internet should run itself to fulfil your needs.

That's why we're building the intelligent orchestration layer that transforms fragmented components of the web3 ecosystem into a cohesive, user-centric experience. Play AI connects the scattered tools of the internet, from wallets to APIs, tweets to tokens, and lets anyone automate powerful workflows with crypto and AI. No code. No dashboards. Rather than operating as isolated tools, systems, and applications, PlayAI connects these into a coordinated network.

And at the heart of this is $PLAI , the native token of Play AI Network. It serves as the primary economic incentive for the Orchestration Layer, acting as the medium of payment, facilitating governance and enabling value accrual within the Play AI Stack. It is the central component that powers all interactions and transactions that happen within the ecosystem. And soon $PLAI will be the backbone powering all automation across the internet, and in physical devices as it evolves into its final form.

# Use Cases for $PLAI

The $PLAI token functions as the economic engine of the PlayAI network, driving activities across creation, infrastructure, data, consumer products, and governance. Its utility can be mainly categorized into the following domains.

<figure><img src="/files/fppEiX5XlQYMe5VPZ0L2" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Play Studio & Creator Economy

Creators can design orchestrated Plays within the Play Studio, publish them, and earn $PLAI whenever their workflows are used. The $PLAI token will also power the broader MadRims ecosystem, incentivizing the creation of automations and integrations for Mad Rims and future products. This sets in motion a creator flywheel where earnings drive more creations, which in turn boost adoption and fuel greater demand for $PLAI.

### Infrastructure & Network Security

Oasis Node operators contribute verifiable computing resources and, in return, receive $PLAI emissions as incentives. This system aligns token issuance with productive work, ensuring efficiency and scalability in network operations. In addition, community members can stake $PLAI to help secure the network and earn rewards. Staking creates accountability, as operators who fail to meet proof submission obligations face penalties, including slashing. This collateral-backed framework guarantees reliability while aligning participant incentives with the health of the network.

### PlayHub Access & Integrations

Holding $PLAI unlocks advanced access within PlayHub, including orchestrated automations, premium features, workflow clusters, and higher orchestration layers. Furthermore, integrated automations can be published directly into the Hub, with entry and usage gated by $PLAI, reinforcing the token’s utility across the platform.

### Play Collective Data Mining

Data contributors play a key role by mining the latest information from across social media channels and are rewarded with $PLAI for their efforts. Equally important are the data verifiers, who validate the mined datasets and also receive token incentives. Over time, this vertical will expand to include new types of data, broadening the scope and depth of the ecosystem’s data mining capabilities.

### Governance

$PLAI holders gain governance rights in the future, allowing them to participate in decision-making over network upgrades, ecosystem development funds, economic parameters, and network security policies. Beyond voting, governance will also be coordinated through the treasury, with proposals potentially requiring a $PLAI deposit to be considered. This ensures meaningful participation while anchoring ecosystem growth and stability in the token itself.

# The Play Studio Flywheel

Play Studio is a core component of the PlayAI ecosystem. It acts as the creator economy engine of PlayAI, it let users create, publish and earn from "Plays", which are automated, multi-step workflows. These plays or workflows can then be distributed, reused, and scaled across the PlayAI ecosystem. These workflows can also be potentially tokenized in the future, enabling creators to license, trade, lend, or even collateralize them against $PLAI, creating a new layer of monetization.

<figure><img src="/files/55bodsRoMAEOgTCh3kEp" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

As creators publish Plays, they earn rewards in $PLAI. These Plays in turn generate activity in PlayHub, feed demand for Node emissions, create new opportunities for Data Mining, and unlock incentives within consumer-facing layers like Mad Rims. The activity forms a flywheel effect:

More Plays → more adoption → more demand for $PLAI → more rewards → stronger ecosystem growth.

# Tokenomics

$PLAI has a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens. The allocation of this is structured to ensure the network develops sustainably, while empowering creators, rewarding contributors, and fuelling ecosystem adoption. A large share of tokens is dedicated to community-driven initiatives, since the long-term success of PlayAI depends on an active creator base, a thriving integration ecosystem, and a deeply engaged user community.
